Verification & Limits Policy
Last updated August 2026
Every payment platform has to know who is using it. Here is exactly what we ask, when we ask it, and what changes when you verify.
Why limits exist
The most common way a payments platform gets abused is a new account processing large amounts quickly on stolen cards. A starting limit makes that unprofitable. It is not a judgement about your business, and lifting it is straightforward.
The two tiers
Basic
$500 / weekApplied automatically when you sign up. Requires only your email, business name and business type. The cap is measured over a rolling seven day window, so it replenishes continuously rather than resetting on a fixed date.
Verified
No limitRequires a complete business profile — trading address, contact phone number, and a payout destination that belongs to you. Request it from settings; most requests are reviewed within one business day.
What we check
- That your business details are internally consistent and plausible
- That the payout destination is registered in the same name as the account
- That your trading activity matches the business type you told us
- That your account has no unresolved disputes or flagged transactions
We do not run a credit check and a verification request does not affect your credit score.
Ongoing monitoring
After verification we continue to monitor for patterns that typically indicate a problem: an unusual spike in volume, many identical amounts in quick succession, or a high rate of disputes. Individual transactions over $500 are flagged for review automatically — flagged does not mean blocked, and in most cases you will never notice.
If a limit blocks a sale
You will see clearly how much of your weekly allowance remains before you create the payment request, so you are never surprised at the counter. If you hit the cap mid-trade, request verification from settings and split the remainder into a later sale.
If we suspend an account
Suspension happens where we see clear evidence of prohibited use or card testing. We will tell you the reason unless we are legally prevented from doing so, and you can respond with evidence from the support page. Funds legitimately earned before a suspension are paid out once any investigation concludes.
